Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal cakes and desserts, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to providing a replacement or refund through our quality guarantee.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Upon Arrival
Please check your Riso Cakes order immediately upon delivery or pickup to ensure everything is correct and in perfect condition.
- 2.Contact Within 2 Hours
If there is an issue with your order, email our support team or call the bakery within 2 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the concern.
- 3.Preserve the Product
Keep the dessert in its original packaging and store it at the recommended temperature (refrigerated or room temperature) while we review your claim.
- 4.Resolution Approval
Once our pastry team verifies the issue, we will initiate a priority replacement for your event or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
